We are very excited to have been chosen to design the 2019 This Old House Idea house. The original home was built in the 1800’s with additions through the years. We are taking it back to the original core and creating a tasteful addition which respects and restores the original home.

What we do
Architectural Design
We provide full-service architectural design services from the beginning of project conception through completion. We begin by meeting with each client to learn about them, their goals, and their project as the first step in any project. We then start conceptualizing and creating designs and design alternates. When the design has exceeded expectations, we move on to the drawings necessary to acquire permits and build the structure. We will also be there through construction serving as the client’s agent during the construction and ensuring that the project is completed per the design requirements
Feasibility Studies
We do feasibility and zoning studies to determine whether a specific property is suitable for a specific construction goal, to evaluate and study the possibilities within existing structures, or to determine the maximum or highest use for a specific property. We also do schematic designs and massing studies which are often used for zoning permit acquisition.
Project Recovery
We can step into existing projects to correct their course and get the project back on track with the owner’s goals. We have a team of highly-skilled partners including contractors, suppliers, lenders, and other construction-related professionals who form an integral part of the team necessary to provide the highest level of quality, skill, and effectiveness.
